Justin Vos was born and raised in Iowa. He came to Florida State University in 2016 for his graduate studies completing both his MA (2018) and PhD (2022). Studying U.S. history, his research explores the relationship between ethnicity and religion. In the classroom, he loves to explore new ways to engage with students and make history applicable to all students, regardless of their major.
